"Customer service did get back to me, but..."
Customer service did get back to me, but waiting a couple days between replies was kind of frustrating. The return went through in the end, so I’m not totally upset, but the whole thing felt more confusing than it needed to be. Not awful, just not the smoothest experience.

"Tasty and way too easy to finish"
These taste really good and there are plenty of flavors to choose from. i blame myself for going through them so fast because they’re just easy to drink.

I ordered from 5hourenergy.com kind of expecting the usual wait, but it ended up being really easy. Not long after placing the order, I got the tracking info, and before I knew it the box was at my door. Everything was packed well, nothing was leaking, and the box looked totally fine. It was one of those simple orders where nothing goes wrong, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I’d definitely order again.

"Good deal for the price"
and I grab 5-hour Energy from here regularly. The price is fair, and the packs last me a good while. For what it does, it’s worth it to me.

"This kicks in quickly and..."
This kicks in quickly and helps me stay awake through work, which is a lifesaver on those dragging days. Not saying it does miracles or anything, but it definitely helps me keep moving when I’d rather be napping...

I tried this a few times when I was dragging at work, and I mean, it does seem to kick in quickly. But for me, it didn’t really last anywhere close to 5 hours. Maybe around 2 hours or so, then I was kind of back to feeling tired again. It’s not terrible, and I guess it helps a bit, but I’m not sure the name really matches the experience.

The ingredients are listed, but the weird part is they still feel kind of vague. I was hoping for a little more detail so I’d actually know what I’m using.

"I was a little nervous this might make..."
I was a little nervous this might make me feel jittery, but it didn’t. I took one in the afternoon and just felt more awake and focused without feeling weird or overly wired. I also didn’t get that rough crash later like I sometimes do with energy drinks. Overall, it left me feeling good and relieved that it worked without making me uncomfortable.

"It worked for me at the beginning, but..."
It worked for me at the beginning, but after a few days I started feeling really jittery and nauseous. By the end of the week, it barely seemed to do anything anymore. Maybe it’s just me, but it ended up feeling awful.

"Convenient, just not really for me"
I’ll give 5-hour Energy credit where it’s due: the little bottle is super easy to carry around. I can toss it in my bag, keep one in the car, and not have to deal with lugging around a full-size drink, which is nice.
That said, it’s almost too small because I end up forgetting it’s there half the time, and the taste still isn’t something I look forward to. It’s useful in a pinch, and I’m not knocking anyone who likes it, but for me it’s more “handy” than actually enjoyable.
